The “Naturperle” is the first Swiss bio beer to be awarded the coveted Knospe label. The barley malt and hops come exclusively from controlled ecological, biological farms. Our spring water from the Alpstein mountains produces a beer of exceptional quality and purity. The work involved in brewing it and long aging in mountain cellars give this beer its special character.

ABV: 4.8

Aroma: Big pilsner malt aroma with undertones of noble hops.

Appearance: Gold and crystal clear. Moderate white head with carbonation dissipating moderately slow.

Flavor: Pilsner malt fading to to a sweet caramel flavor. The finish is moderately dry and there is a medium carbonic bite.

Mouthfeel: Medium mouthfeel with medium carbonation.

Overall Impression: A sweeter version of a Munich helles. This beer has a unique finish and is almost honey like.
