Mackeson’s XXX is a very dark, sweet, full-bodied, slightly roasty ale. It has a slight peaty aroma and flavor, but is definitely balanced to the malt.</p> <p>This isn’t really a clone, but you could compare it to similar Scottish beers like Belhaven 60 or McEwans 60.
