Rogue Brewing Yellow Snow Beer Review

Beer Style
ABV
5.60%
Brewery
Aroma

Slight malt with some sweet notes. Not much else.

Appearance
Gold with moderate white foam head. Moderate head retention. Clear and some bubbles.
Flavor
Definite sweetness and some malt (not much). The spruce/sweetness lingers, but there is a slight bitterness. No diacetyl.
Mouthfeel
Medium body and no carbonic bite.
Overall
A different beer. Somewhat refreshing, but not a beer I would drink daily. Since it's a seasonal, I won't have to worry about that. I would have liked a little more of the pilsner character, but it's still nice.
