Paulaner Hefe Weissbier Review

Beer Style
ABV
5.50%
Brewery
Aroma

Mostly banana with some hints of clove and as the beer warms up, some citrus notes. No hop aroma. Possibly some malty or wheaty undertones as it warms up.

Appearance
Cloudy with a long lasting white head. Pale yellow color.
Flavor
A slight carbonic bite to start. Banana predominates. No hop flavor, slightly sweet, but the yeast character adds a contrast.
Mouthfeel
Light and creamy on the mouth. Very carbonated but smooth.
Overall
A great example of a German Hefeweizen.
